The company pivoted to print media business. Sapphire Media Services acquired Janbhawna Times in 2021 and marked its entry into media. The print edition caters to readers in North India under the brand aegis of Janbhawna Times Pvt Ltd and umbrella group company Sapphire Media Limited.

Sapphire Media Limited (SML) was born as Sapphire Media Services in 2009 from Kaithal city in Haryana, catering to the needs of retail signages and in-shop branding, with a team of about 300 people. Sapphire Media Services initially fulfilled branding requirements of telcom majors, cement industry and more. The company ventured into outdoors, fabrication, LEDs and were soon seen capturing Delhi and Haryana BQS (bus queue shelters) and FOB (foot over bridge) business. Professionalism, client-centric customised approach, timeliness and high quality works soon made it a brand to reckon with which has led to SML now being L1 vendor of the likes of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Expansion into metro branding business was a natural business line extension in 2018 and the company is currently the first choice of brands for outdoor branding initiatives pan-India. The company has the rights to static and digital media branding at DMRC 7 and DMRC 8.

The group further expanded into digital agency business under the brand name Quantrust Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2020 and has serviced giants in FMCG, BFSI, auto, real estate and ecommerce in B2C, B2B and D2C market segments.

Sapphire Media Limited marked its digital footprints in online news through launch of online news editions in Hindi, English, Telugu, Punjabi and Gujarati. The group plans to take the number of websites to 17. The group is soon launching a satellite national news channel helmed by some of the brightest minds in the country. Headquartered in Noida, the channel stands for nationalism; and has the vision of providing unbiased and impactful ground coverage of human interest stories.
